Reporting IssuersReporting issuers are companies whose securities are publicly traded. These companies are required to make disclosure on a continuing basis of their business activities by filing documents with the securities commission as required by securities rules and legislation. In Canada, these documents are available free of charge through SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval).
