Filing fees
The annual filing fees are as follows:
- Where no salespersons will be appointed ... $ 100.00
- Where one to ten salespersons will be appointed ... $ 300.00
- Where eleven to twenty salespersons will be appointed ... $ 400.00
- Where over twenty salespersons will be appointed ... $ 500.00
Cheques should be made payable to the Newfoundland Exchequer Account.
Annual filing notices, bond information (if applicable; see sample below) and appropriate licence fee should be forwarded to the Consumer Affairs Division head office.
