Power of Attorney
Can I authorize another person to register my vehicle or renew my driver's licence if I am going to be out of the Province?
A power of attorney cannot be given for the renewal of your driver's licence under any circumstances.
You may give a power of attorney for your vehicle registration, should you be unable to sign the document.
Please include:
- Statement indicating person to whom you are authorizing to sign your insurance declaration
- Plate Number and make of vehicle for whom authority is being given.
