Contractor's Licencing

Description

A Contractor's Licence may be issued to an applicant seeking to fabricate, install, alter, repair or test boilers, pressure vessels, fittings or pressure pipping system.

Requirements

Requirements include:

  1. Completed application form (PDF: 280 KB) ;
  2. Two copies of applicants Quality Control Manual for categories in Section 2, marked with an asterisk; and
  3. Section 10 of the application should be stamped with the applicants Seal of Incorporation or have a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation attached
  4. Fee (see below)
