If you do not have your driver's licence number, please provide your name and date of birth. Since June 26, 2001 vehicle registration renewal can be done on-line using a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) that accompanies your renewal application documentation in the mail. Once you have this PIN you can also make a change of address request on-line. Please note, that you will not receive a PIN until your vehicle registration is scheduled for renewal. Thus, a change of address can still be made by contacting Motor Registration Division as detailed above.
