Weekly Issues

Weekly Issues contain Public Notices and Regulations which fall under Provincial or Federal Legislation pertaining to the province.

Extraordinary Issues

Extraordinary Issues contain Notices and or Regulations which must take effect on a day other than the normal Friday publication day.

Copy for publication must be received before Friday, 4:30 p.m., seven days before publication date, to ensure inclusion in next issue. Notices should be typewritten or legibly printed, separate from covering letter indicating number of insertions required and the names of all signing officers. Notices may be faxed or e-mailed as below.

Publication rates are available upon request. Subscription rate for The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette is $125.00 plus HST for 52 weeks. Weekly issues of $3.00 per copy, plus HST payable in advance.

All cheques, money orders, etc., should be made payable to THE NEWFOUNDLAND EXCHEQUER ACCOUNT.
