Notice of Change to Limited Liability Partnerships

Should a change occur to either:

• the name of the limited liability partnership;
• the name and residential address in the province of the partner who is designated as the representative; or
• the address of the registered office of the partnership in the province

then the limited liability partnership or extra-provincial limited liability partnership shall promptly file with the registrar a notice of change form (265 KB) accompanied with the applicable fee (53 KB).

Upon processing the notice of change with respect to a change of the LLP name the registrar will issue an amended certificate of registration and file such notice in the Gazette.
